Used Cars Simulator - Weekly Update#10

🚗 Hey Awesome Drivers!

It’s time for the next Weekly Update! As usual, in a few points, we'll present to you what we've been working on this week in Used Cars Simulator 😀

1. Scrapyard

We are adding a scrapyard where you'll be able to trade scrap – one of our most valuable resources. You can buy it when you need to hammer out a car. You can also sell it if you've found too much and need money.



2. Hardware shop

We are adding a hardware shop, where you'll be able to buy essential tools – like angle grinders, shovels, or metal detectors.




3. GPS

We’re still working on the GPS. We've now added improvements that allow for calculating the shortest route to a specific point. The map also refreshes regularly to check if you've gone off course and if the route needs to be recalculated.



4. Outline - Slots

We’re continuously working on the outline for specific car parts. Now, you’ll be able to see which slots for a particular part are already occupied. For example, you can see with the nitro bottles which slots are still free to install them there.



5. Missing Car Parts

We’ve added information to the car blueprint showing which parts are missing in a given vehicle. This will make it clearer which parts you need to order.



6. Brand - Colors

We’ve changed the way colors are selected in the brand editor. Previously, there were tiles with specific colors; now there will be sliders.

7. Police - NPC

We recently mentioned that hitting a police officer with a baseball bat would result in immediate arrest. We’ve received feedback from you that this solution isn’t appealing, so we’re changing it ;) However, there will still be consequences – the police will chase you.
